PADI OPEN WATER DIVER COURSE
Classic Scuba® offers the PADI Open Water Diver course in
two convenient scheduling options - Private and weekend format.
All of my classes include all of your snorkeling and scuba
equipment. You do not have to buy your own mask,
fins, or even a snorkel, to learn to scuba. I use the
latest weight integration BCDs on the market, high performance
breathing systems, new compact steel tanks, underwater cameras,
and even underwater communication equipment.
Because my classes are very small, you do not waste time waiting
for a group to prepare.
We start with a review of your home study material and
administer the quizzes and final test. We then
proceed to the pool where in 2 to 4 hours you have mastered the
basic skills needed to scuba dive.
The next step is completing 4 fun scuba dives off of the
Southern California coast.
This can be completed in as little as 2 ˝ days.
The cost for all of this is $399.00 per person. All you need is
your book, swim suit, towel, and personal gear package.
The cost of our Open Water courses
includes all lecture and pool sessions; all scuba diving
equipment; four ocean dives; certification fees; photo and
all course materials and books. Unlike other Open Water
certification courses, there are no hidden costs.
Students need to supply their own swimming suit, towel,
book package, mask, fins, snorkel, booties. and gloves.
You can rent you mask, fins, snorkel, booties, and gloves for an
additional $50.00 for the water part of the class.
You must be at least 10 years of age to participate in the
PADI Open Water Diver course. Upon successful completion of the
class, you will receive your PADI Open Water Certification Card.

Referral classes:
Getting ready for that vacation, but don't want to spend time
in a classroom when your there? Try our referral
classes. In one day complete your academic and pool
work. Then all you have to do is your 4 ocean dives with
another PADI instructor while on your vacation.
